Copyright and Photo Usage Info

Please understand (and respect) that it takes years of hard work, expense and dedication to become a good photographer. This, of course, is the same as with any other artform or craft, etc.

-Using Photos from my website

Bands that are interested in using photos from my site can do so without specific permission, but must not cover up or cut off the watermark. (And of course, if you want to mention on your site where the photos came from, that would be appreciated.)

Reproducing any of the images from my website in print form (fliers, ads, cds, etc.) without permission or compensation is not acceptable. (Permission or compensation can be dealt with through email. To email me, click here.)

-Linking to my website

Linking to my website is just fine. I plan on leaving the band photos up indefinitely.

-Purchasing Band Photos

Full size, fully edited photos (for fliers, ads, cds, etc.) are available for purchase. In most cases, individual photos are $30 each for digital files (add $10 each if prints are needed).
